Students explore career interests, build a personalized college list, and begin drafting their personal statement while learning how the application process works.

Meet the Program Leader
Dr. Lissette Santa-Cruz, Psy.D.
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Lissette works closely with adolescents navigating academic transitions, career exploration, and the college planning process. Through psychological and career assessments, she helps students better understand their strengths and approach major decisions with clarity and confidence.
